1. Data Accessed
When you connect your Google account to Shootime, our application can access the following Google data, strictly limited to what is necessary for the operation of the service :
- Basic Google account information (name, email address)
- Google Drive files explicitly selected by the user

- Google OAuth access tokens
Shootime never access your entire Google Drive without any action or explicit consent on your part.

2. Data Usage
Google user data that Shootime accesses is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Allow images or videos to be imported from Google Drive to Shootime
- Activate the functionalities for creating, editing and producing visual content
- Authenticate users and secure access to the platform
- Improve the reliability and user experience of the serviceGoogle data is not never used for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and security
Imported files are stored securely on Shootime's infrastructure or with trusted cloud providers that respect market security standards. OAuth access tokens are stored securely and encrypted. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or until deleted by the user. Shootime puts in place appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to protect Google data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

4. Data sharing
Shootime does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.
Data may only be shared with:
- Trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting or processing services) solely for operational purposes

Only under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements
- No Google user data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

5. User Control and Revocation
Users can revoke Shootime's access to their Google account at any time via: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
In case of revocation: Access tokens are invalidated No additional Google data is reachable
Previously imported files remain under the control of the user and can be deleted at any time

6. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Shootime’s use of Google user data fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.Google user data is accessed, used, and stored only to provide user-requested features and for no other purpose.
